Room rates do not include hotel insurance (optional, approx. USD 4 per person, per night) or the 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) on the room price.

Early check-in before 10:00 a.m. incurs a full night's charge (subject to availability). Check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. is charged at 50% of the room rate plus VAT.

Late check-out after 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. is subject to a 50% charge plus VAT. After 3:00 p.m., a full night's rate will apply.

Children under 12 stay and enjoy breakfast for free when sharing a room with parents or a responsible adult (with notarized permission and ID copies). A child's ID or Civil Registration is required at check-in. B.O.G. Hotel supports the prevention of the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents under Colombian Law 1336 of 2009.

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before check-in incur a one-night fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are charged the full stay.

No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation total plus VAT. The hotel reserves the right to release the room.

Pets are not permitted, unless the guest has legal documentation for a service animal.

Yes, B.O.G. Hotel is a smoke-free property. A USD 250 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms or common areas.
