Our Accommodation Policy

At B.O.G. Hotel, your comfort and well-being are our priority. Get to know our accommodation policies and enjoy a worry-free stay.

  • Taxes: Room rates do not include hotel insurance (approx. USD 4 per person, per night – optional) or the 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) on the room rate.
  • Early Check-In: A charge of 100% of the agreed room rate per night applies to guests wishing to check in before 10:00 a.m., subject to hotel availability. A 50% charge plus VAT applies for check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • Late Check-Out: Guests checking out after 12:00 p.m. will be charged 50% of the rate plus VAT until 3:00 p.m., and 100% of the agreed nightly rate for check-out after 3:00 p.m.
  • Children Policy: Accommodation is free, including breakfast, for children under 12 sharing a room with their parents or a responsible adult with notarized authorization from the parents and copies of identification documents. Child ID or birth certificate (DNI) is required at check-in. We support the prevention of the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, in accordance with Colombian Law 1336 of 2009 (ESCNNA).
  • No Show: Reservations that are not used will be subject to a penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the booked stay. Confirmed reservations with no arrival on the scheduled date will incur a full charge for the booked nights plus VAT. The hotel reserves the right to release the room for sale.
  • Cancellation Policy: We aim to offer flexibility for your booking. You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before check-in, a one-night fee will apply.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. These policies do not apply to reservations made with promotional or group codes, which are subject to different cancellation and guarantee terms.
  • Smoke-Free Hotel: Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Please note that smoking inside rooms or in common areas will result in an additional charge of USD 250, which will be added to your final bill.
  • Infinity Pool: Due to private event scheduling, access to the Infinity Pool is subject to availability.
  • Amenities Plan: At B.O.G. Hotel, we want your stay to be a fully exclusive experience. A fee of COP 50,000 + VAT per room per night will be added to your bill, which includes a selection of amenities designed for your comfort and well-being.
